    There’s a new estate agent in the world…..and he’s self employed. The internet and social media has become an immovable force within our society, levelling the playing field in a lot of industries by breaking down the barriers of the “gate keepers”! And one of those industries is real estate!  Gone are the days where selling or buying houses was dependent on high street estate agents who got to set the tempo of how things went for the buyers and the sellers.  I sit down with childhood friend Terrell Kilpatrick whom after serving time in the armed forces and leaving his job as a prison officer, chose to step into the world of real estate, going off the beaten path by skipping the middle man (i.e he applied for a job at a high street estate agent, looked at what they had to offer and decided he would bet on himself). Discussing the different mind states he has learnt to cope with as well as picking up useful skills in his previous life journey, Terrell talks me through the particulars in becoming a self employed estate agent, the ups the downs, the potential of 7, even 8, figure listings and how he plans to build a team within the industry as it evolves around the new status quo of the real estate world.
