    In this episode, we welcome Jenn Livengood, who invites us to look differently at what we put in our bodies. Jenn is a registered dietitian and functional nutritionist passionate about helping people incorporate healthy lifestyle habits with the sole purpose of assisting them to experience lasting changes and increased longevity.
