I listen to the season two of your show. The one about New Folsom. And I was very impressed by your reporting. So I thought I’d listen to season one to see if the same held true. I think what I feel is that I know cops have done many things wrong many times. But for there to be an all out war on police just looking for problems to report. I don’t know that I agree with that. My brother is a Peace officer. He works for the CHP. he’s a good man and he would never intentionally do anything that was wrong or cover things up. I am a Bay host hippie so I am not or Pro-cop necessarily. So when I listened to that first episode of the first season honestly other than the part about the dog, I didn’t see that there was that much wrong with what they did. And I’m not sure how, other than through use of handcuffs, you’re supposed to bring someone in on a 5150 if they’re not cooperating .Maybe you don’t call it arrest, but what’s the real difference? What were they supposed to do? Tell her she’s 5150 and to please come with them. Do you think that she would have left? She was not being reasonable . At all. I guess I also don’t like the tone of your reporting. It does not seem like it’s coming from a neutral stance. It seems like you’ve already decided in your mind that these officers were wrong and you’re just gonna play this out like a gotcha. You did briefly mention some thing in relation to what Officer Rafferty said about the subjective nature of being in those instances, but it was very brief and you almost said it like an aside as if to say well she did say this but… So unfortunately, that’s my review three stars. I think the second season was quite good, but I don’t know if I’m gonna listen to many more of these episodes. Maybe I will try to listen to the rest of season one to see if I can come around to your way of thinking.
