This podcast is a breath of fresh air! It feels like you’re sitting down to soak up wisdom from a mentor over a cup of coffee! Thank you for obeying a call that God laid on your heart.

This podcast is gold. If you don’t want to read this whole long review just hear this — give Courtney and John a chance and the wisdom they share just might change your life for the better! I’ll be upfront and say I’m a little biased. As Courtney’s youngest sister, I listened to this podcast fully expecting to love it. However, I’m biased in a way that is probably beneficial to anyone reading this review -and wondering about the authenticity of the speakers. I’ve grown up watching John and Courtney navigate dating, engagement, marriage, parenting, careers, loss, and everything in between. I’ve seen firsthand their constant drive to honor God and love each other well. The fruit of their intentional choices as parents is evident in the lives of each of their beautiful children as well as the countless other lives they’ve impacted through the years! This is not a place where you hear pretty words and then the speakers go home and live drastically different lives. These two are the real deal! I feel encouraged and challenged by each new episode — encouraged to stay the course and parent with the wisdom found in every page of scripture and challenged to stand firm against the temptations of our culture in parenting for short term ease rather than long term fruit. I’m so grateful for the wisdom I hear in this format as well as across the dinner table. I highly recommend taking the chance to learn from two people who honor God and each other so well! “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” - Matthew 6:33

Wow! This is exactly what all Christian parents need to hear. So so encouraging to a mommas heart as she tries to raise her family in the truth of Christ and love! Thank you for your words and wisdom.
