    On The Way: Episode 4 Part 2

    What happens when a rule or law conflicts with a deep, personal value? Should we just compromise our truth and follow the crowd? Or do we tap into the frequency of rebellion demonstrated by Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Nancy Wake or Boudicca?  Rebellion of any kind is often frowned upon in our society and yet we all secretly love an underdog and celebrate the kind of conviction that's led from the heart.  While this episode of On The Way may be considered controversial to some and flippant to others. It's a small rebellion that resulted in a personal win for Chase and Nikki for it meant not compromising their personal values for the sake of upholding the arbitrariness of bureaucratic order.  If rules and structures do not innately create safety and efficiency for the masses, then it could be assumed they are used as a means for control and exist merely to reinforce ego-centric identities.  It takes courage and bravery to bear a truth with the intent of freeing more freethinkers and non-conformists, so please, own your judgements and keep them to yourself.     On The Way: Episode 4 Part 1

    What should the role of authorities be? To protect citizens? Why is it then that the exercising of free speech at a gathering we call a "peaceful protest" can incite the anger of authorities causing them to exercise acts of violence through force. Standing Rock in 2016 is a great example. It seems it's all perception. Why is it that a difference of perception causes us to dehumanise the other in order to justify said acts of violence? What does this say about our relationship to change? To evolution itself? Perhaps to the primitive brain it's all rooted in survival but I would argue it's time to exercise greater boundaries around what we will and won't experience as a human family as we collectively ascend in consciousness.  In this episode of On The Way, Nikki recounts the stirrings of ancestral memories when she is denied access to purchasing water at a convenience store in Mexico city for what seems to be a terrifyingly arbitrary reason.   What arbitrary rules are you unconsciously agreeing to? Perhaps it's time we make a stand for the values which underpin peace and harmony in society. We've evolved beyond enforcing order using force.     On The Way: Episode 3

    Have you experienced feeling disillusioned or disenchanted with a particular job or industry once you got to know the beast up, close and personal yourself?  Things are not always as they seem. It is the due diligence of each individual to witness their own naivety. Healthy amounts of skepticism and discernment ought to be practiced in our society if harmony and balance are at all valued. These are not states, but are constantly created through curiosity, questioning and creating space to see where the chips fall before we rush to control the outcome through strategy.   Much of corporate business exists solely to generate a profit. Sometimes this is dressed up as helpful solutions and sold to us as such - a critical mind may simply ask, is this true?  So often we form our very identities from the information we are fed and if we don't bother to check the source of the information, much like knowing the source of where our food actually comes from, we could be unaware that what we are digesting is actually making us sick. Information rooted in a fear frequency, wrapped in ego and expectation and disseminated as part of a strategy that involves mind control may not be the quality of consciousness you wish to wrap your identity up in - no matter how many pretty adjectives and well produced campaigns are used to vy for your attention.  In this episode of On The Way, Chase and Nikki share their experiences of seeing the industries they worked for and once held in esteem crumble as values of power, greed, control, and coercion became prevalent to them - ultimately causing them to reflect upon their own values and the roles they played in perpetuating belief systems that. didn't resonate with them.     On The Way: Episode 2

    Hello you delicious creators,  I want to take a moment to express my reverence for language - it is a truly extraordinary phenomenon that helps us cultivate intimacy, understanding, compassion and is a gift when it comes to the expression of self and the heart. Words create worlds. They cast spells - for better or worse - onto us and those around us.  Studies show that patients die sooner when doctors give them a terminal diagnosis and a timeline. We live longer when we aren't entrapped in a doctor's "expiration date".  So, you know that saying "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me"? Well, I call b******t on that, for words have been used and continue to be used as weapons for inciting fear and control in society.  And how about the news? What about the dissemination of propaganda? Do you think we'd hate one another and have so much division if this global technocracy were not using language to create a reality that serves their interests, and their interests alone? (All dressed up as what's best for us of course!) It's the wolf dressed as grandma! This week at Highest Harmony, we drop another episode of On The Way and we explore the topic of language, Covid propaganda and more. I hope this episode inspires you to dig beneath the babble you read to notice the hollow media provocations dropped in mantra-like repetition, pounding the fence-posts of imprisoning belief systems that don't serve any of us.  Want an example? How about "social distancing"? A non-existent term prior to Covid. For one it's an oxymoron and it's used, not for literary flair, but to create confusion and cognitive dissonance among the masses. You know how political leaders say pretty words but don't mean any of it. And, WE ALL KNOW THIS but somehow we still play into the charade? What does that say about us?  If you can't tell, this kind of insanity really irks me and I hope it irks some of you enough to to begin exercising one of the Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz which is BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD. When we're impeccable with our own words, even the thoughts in our heads, we become invulnerable to the spells cast by deceitful and nefarious others. And, we want that super power for YOU! May our own exploration in this episode evoke your curiosities and inspire you to move through the rest of this day (and all the rest) being mindful of the worlds you create with your mind, mouth and tongue.     On The Way: Episode 1

    Hello you delicious creators, Are you seeing what I'm seeing? A desperate and equally severe attempt across the globe for control, which is also being communicated under the guise of safety. Alarm bells are ringing loud and needn't look far for examples of the confrontation between chaos and order; governments imposing mandates; police clashing against protestors. We're bearing witness to the manifestation of masculine and feminine energies wrestling toward a new equilibrium; a journey from the shadows into the light. The phenomenon we have chosen to call the patriarchy or colonialism can be understood as an over-abundance of immature masculine energy. The boyish mind believes in "rightness" and "wrongness" and that it can force the Earth and its people into submission. Control creates a (false) sense of certainty and certainty create a (false) sense of comfort.  Are you seeing how most (if not all) of our social fabric is built upon a false premise? On the assumptions made by ego-strong minds? It is the arrogance that accompanies this energy which has led to countless deaths, world wars, persecution and genocides. It is the incapacity of this energy to hold space for the wild, for death, for difference in expression because it's inherently uncontrollable and thereby fear-inducing for it threatens order (thus a perceived sense of control, certainty and comfort).  Sorta crazy to think about it isn't it? Most of our oppression and killing is out of the fear of being oppressed or killed...and all of it is a denial of what mythologists and symbologists like Carl Jung or Joseph Campbell would call the Feminine. And it represents that which is different and unknown. It represents chaos and creativity. And we could say that a culture and society that comes into harmony with the feminine, that can elevate and mature the feminine within their belief systems and organizational systems, may be the key to an era of matriarchal accord that would have been unimaginable by our ancestors. An important aspect of honoring the feminine is to respect and give space for the mess of uncertainty and inquiry into big questions and mysteries of life. And we begin practicing in our own lives spelunking to such murky depths through dialogue with those we love.  Nikki and I (Chase), have begun such a human and imprecise experiment, having conversations as we travel around the world on the topics and phenomenon in the world that are perplexing to us. We've made a podcast called, On The Way, and want to share it with you as part of inspiring dialogue that is natural and exploratory, that inspires critical thought and inquiry. Not only are we all capable of having these conversations, we are all responsible for having these conversations in order to guide a way forward in our partnerships and communities. This is part of the pursuit for highest harmony. Here is our recent podcast where we delve deeper into how the dynamics of feminine and masculine are dancing through society in these times.
