It’s time to claim our light, too many of us have found ourselves in relationships that stop us from fulfilling our purpose in life. Why? We are stuck playing out roles and identities that are attached to what other people need. Some of us have been manipulated into these roles others play this role because of ego not realizing how detrimental it is to their own personal development. Are your relationships serving you? Or is everything that you are being stripped away and taken from you? Think about this. Love and Obedience are very thin lines.

We have become addicted to our own suffering. Our true identity’s lay undiscovered under the narratives and roles we play out on a day to day basis. We fear our own potential and have grown accustom to the comfort victimhood brings. This episode will help you visualize who you are without these narratives and allow you begin to ask yourself. Who am I and who do I want to be ?

A lot of negativity can enter our lives through conversation. When we speak negatively our subconscious cannot differentiate the object of discussion from ourselves . This means that whenever we speak badly we are really damaging ourselves, and programming our minds for negative perceptions of reality. Give yourself permission to exit conversations that no longer serve you.
