Here's a practice Amy learned that might just change your relationship with Water—and your-truth-inside-self. 💧 This is a powerful Blind Faith "Trust The Source That IS YOU" water exercise!Imagine standing or actually stand in front of water—be it your sink, a stream, or even just in your mind. Inhale over your shoulder and turn towards #TheVortex and blow into IT, sending your intentions and release into its flow. This isn’t just about cleansing physically; it’s about clearing emotional and mental clutter, too. Water is "an information superhighway" (quote borrowed from The Autists shared by Veda Austin) and is —electromagnetic, alive, and responsive. When you blow into it with intention, you're asking it to purify whatever you're holding onto, whether it's anxiety, guilt, or just feeling off. The power lies in the trust that water can carry away what doesn't serve you anymore.Even if you’re not near a body of water, imagine it moving, alive—then blow into that visualization. Begin, Again; Again, Begin is a conversation about grief, movement, surrender, and what it means to keep living while something inside of you is still processing, still becoming, still flowing through. Maybe healing isn’t: “Leave it behind and move on.” Maybe it’s: Again, Begin. Againing grief. Againing joy. Againing the tears. Againing the uncertainty. And still… beginning. This episode became a meditation on thresholds: the place where the Door is open, the past is still moving through us, and something new is quietly asking to be lived. “Behind me is the Again, Again, Again.
