This is Us-dissecting the character Beth

What a great segment! I really enjoyed the perspectives of Dr. Hunter. As a mom of four children, it is easy to lose a sense of self and stop making yourself a priority. The conversation with Dr. Hunter was thoughtful and very relatable. I gained quite a few things from the podcast. Thank you for digging deeper into what the character Beth represents for many women.

Just a suggestion for future podcasts would be smoother transitions in and out of commercial breaks. Otherwise, great concept! I love what you’re doing and what you stand for!! Keep up the great work.
