Eyes on others

Such good advice. Never put that together. I know when I’m hurting myself and I go to work and listen to patients I forget about myself for that period of time.

Only one episode in and I can tell this podcast is going to be so life giving! I found the part about a blocked goal leading to anxiety as very helpful. Already looking forward to listening to the next one! Thank you all for the counseling wisdom you and willingness to share.
