Hello everyone and welcome to my podcast! I’m so excited to share my passion project with all of you. I’m someone that overthinks, is introverted, and am socially anxious when conversing with others, so oftentimes, the best conversations I have are with myself. A soliloquy if you will. I wanted a place where I could share these insightful conversations with others, without having the stress of public speaking. To open myself up to everyone, to open the idea of people conversing with themselves, and to open the mind of others to healing and living a more positive life. This is how open soliloquy was born.
