I’m not keto or carnivore. In fact, I am mostly WFPB. I love the protein centric episodes. I refer to them often along with any weight loss and/or obesity specific episodes. I’ve learned so much from these protein experts. Thank you, Vanessa for putting together such an informative podcast.

Love the content if you're patient enough to wait for it.

I really want to support this podcast but I get so frustrated waiting for the information. Extremely long introduction with sponsor promotions , then once she says "let's get to the podcast " she then starts that by summarizing what's she's about to discuss. For example her 12/25/22 episode on PSMF and fat loss was about 52 minutes long. Didn't start with anything substantial until at least minute 17. Says things like "we'll talk about that"
We'll do it already.
Love the advice, just please get to the point.
