    Emotional disasters - response and recovery

    Overwhelming feelings and distress that acommpanies an emotional disaster (heart break, breakup) might look like formidable challenge initially, but eventually we all come out even stronger through our resilience and willpower. We need to keep moving forward to embrace new possibilities with a renewed refocus on figuring out purpose of our lives and following it later.

    Feeding your mind

    Dwelling on the unpleasant experiences of the past is like feeding our mind with those negative thoughts constantly. It does matter the most to feed our mind with the food of positive thoughts, hope and emotionally enriching experiences like reading a good book, learning to play a music instrument, helping people in need or distress. When we do this we are really doing ourselves a great favour and feeding your mind with healthy thoughts should become a constant conscious effort. 😊
