    Episode 57 - Limiting Beliefs And Excuses In The Gym

    I thought I was training to failure, but I wasn’t. Over the past couple weeks I’ve been increasing my weights to see how hard I can be training and there have been struggles which have come up through that. I’ve learned how much beliefs and identity affect your actions. I know what is right, yet I continue to self sabotage. I make excuses to put it off and settle with the progress I’ve made. I know I am capable of more, but am struggling to reach that.

    Episode 56 - The Event That Changed My Life

    I would not be where I am today without going through an eating disorder. I tried to lose weight but had absolutely no knowledge so I ended up doing it in an unhealthy way. I went to a recovery facility where they promoted chasing comfort and poisoning your body. I believed their lies and wound myself up in a deep depression. After doing the opposite of what they told me, I found the most fulfillment I’ve ever had.
