Tries too hard?

I like the subject matter and production but the host can be annoying. I just don’t feel like he’s pulling off the goofy quirky thing. It comes off as trying too hard and is grating. Humor is very subjective and so it’s risky. The show would be much better if he relaxed into the topic and tried less to be an entertainer.

Just the best

I think I found the show on list somewhere. I can't remember but I binged the whole thing in about a week. I've had a hard time relating to guys since I was younger. Don't get me wrong, I've got friends and men I trust. But I've felt like an outsider and it's been hard to over the years. And I can't remember reading, watching, or listening to something that hit the nail on the head of what goes through my mind everyday like Other Men Need Help. Like the small things that no one talks about. The host, Marc and the show has given me something I didn't expect. Maybe it's hope. It definitely makes me feel connected. Funny, sublime, really soulful, and just breezy and honest in a way that I don't find in other shows. So much to say but what I can definitely say is this is now one of my favorite podcasts. It makes me smile, feel braver and less alone. Thank you.
