Where you're aligned to be the cleaner-upper of what's wrong
A corrector of what's wrong
This might come up today.
To give you more of a chance to choose again

In each moment

What is my heart alive to?

What excites me the most?

Shift your energy
Shift your state
And your/the world will follow

Follow the excitement in your heart
And All of Everything will follow you
Respond to you
Cocreate with you.

ENERGY OVERVIEW
There's the unstoppable expansion - we've been being prepared for this since October last year.

There's the inner masculine feminine battles being healed from the akash and our personal histories. 

There's the heavy-duty themes of death & rebirth, as we're helped, healed and supported in the fires of our inner transformation 

So that we can take take aligned action in service to creating from the truth of who we are, in a vastly, unrecognizably expanded way.

There's the call to stay deeply, profoundly anchored in beingness and to bring that into our lives. Even when in the midst of our doingness.

To stay connected to our intuition, our guidance, the why and who of who we are and why we're doing everything we're doing at the moment. to m

To let Spirit stay profoundly connectef to Soul, rather than running off over the hills to take over, take charge. And many of us may see this tendency rise up for healing in ourselves.  Sometimes it's those we love our those around us who are going to bring those pieces for us.

There's the essence of Life force flowing as creative energy in the body and the energy alchemy rewrite happening in our templates.

There's everything leaving and everything coming in - all in one human being.

Aren't we amazing that we can hold all of this?

And....
there's divine intervention. The light of Grace taking from us what we can let go of without the need for over processing...

There's the activation of the Christ light at the crown, opening up dry river beds of pathways in our energy system and asking us to physically integrate these. To welcome the divine, healed, whole masculine within ourselves. and let go of the old stories, the terrible projections we put onto this.

We were met by a circle of angels, who showed us the golden circle we made in the field. And spoke of the synergy we made with our gifts and our light in a shared space.


They encircled us for this meditation, lifting us to the angelic realms, from where we grounded into the center of the earth. 


Anchored and centered in our hearts, a soft heart light opened 


This light gently made its way through our centers in a circuit, working more with some centers than others - depending on our individual needs. 

The light offered the opportunity for healing support where we could feel its activity
The 'grace-light of the heart' landed back in the heart, to run as part of the energy we are carrying throughout our days. 
A few of us noticed the softness in the quality of this energy, which when we asked, was of 'Ma' - the Divine Mother Archetype within us. 


Anchoring Practice
To return to the quality we opened to in this short meditation, we simply hold the awareness of the heart flower for a moment. Wherever we are, whatever we're doing. And if we're able, open to notice sensations in the body or activities in our energy - if we are sensitive in that particular way.


Fire and water
The video is simple - the clouds were lifting from the 'Mother Mountain' here, when we came out of meditation here. It doesn't rain much and so water is precious. Smoke was rising from the ground, where winter burns were taking place. So the background video is simply that. But for sure, we have our eyes closed when we are meditating.


"It is love and softness that makes the fire in us safe to open to"
