This week, in the Season 3 finale, co-hosts unpack the definition of leadership, the local debate around how to achieve community safety and policing, and recent Erie City Council events you may have missed!

Marty brings her definition of leadership to the table to start unpacking the real roles local elected officials play in political, economic and social systems. Do we have leaders in elected office or merely managers?

Lydia and Marty reflect on their reactions to the recent debate in Erie City Council and achieving community safety through additional funding/new hires to the Erie Police Department. As Our Erie co-hosts close their third season, they reflect on empathy, compromise, finding common ground, and rooting dialogue in shared values. Co-hosts also encouraged listeners to share their ideas for season 4 and a new summer segment: "Out & About"
