    Hiii it's Bella and Hanny together again! We finally got together ((IRL)) and bared our souls into this 2-part episode lmao. In part 1, Bella talks about accepting and recognizing when to ask for help and learning to receive it. A lot of the time we like to think that we are super-humans who can do everything all at once, but no man is an island.  We know how daunting vulnerability can be, but wouldn't the world be a much nicer place if we all try to be more compassionate with each other AND with ourselves?
