    Men's mental health is often overshadowed by expectations of stoicism and strength. These stereotypes discourage seeking help and expressing vulnerability. It's vital to create safe spaces for open dialogue without judgment. By promoting mental well-being conversations, we normalize seeking support and foster healthier communities. Breaking down stigma is key to creating an inclusive society where everyone can thrive emotionally.

    Autism Awareness Month

    Autism Spectrum Disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder that has multiple causes ranging from biological to psycho- social. It is a condition that leads to issues in social and communication aspects of a child. With the right intervention at right times a person with ASD can live to their fullest potential as active members of society. Remember it is not a disability but a different ability. And we, the peer educators of of Indirapuram Public School believe in celebrating autism and doing our bit to raise voices of the autistic! Somewhere along our transition to teenage, we have popularised the concept of social media to the point where we are inherently dependant on it. And the mainstay of social media are MEMES. So graphically attractive, yet so capable of articulately conveying a message, each meme is a concept that begs to be analysed. So, let's delve deeper into the psychology of memes with this podcast.
