    Change and Massive Growth Starts Now

    I read from the book "The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity"- Catherine Ponder and it has brought back all the reminders about what we think and expect to happen, WILL. The negative thoughts and fears are all lies. When you kick those out and work from a place of joy, love and happiness, good things will come to you. We do not live to our fullest potential because we will not let go of the past.  Struggles and failure are a part of anything in life. I talk about doing our house demo and that of course things will happen that are a set back or challenging, but do we stop? Do we give up? NO!! This house will look amazing when it's done. Do you have that same expectation for your life and business? I know the answer, but it's time to flip the script

    Interview: When Your Back Is Up Against the Wall- Kanga Coolers

    I had the privilege of interviewing the Founder and CEO, Logan LaMance (instagram @Logan_lamance13), of Kanga Coolers. Started in 2017 in Clemson, SC and now, a thriving business in Greenville, SC, Kanga Coolers started with an idea to make a cooler that's lightweight but keeps your beverages cold without taking them out of the box. We delve into what made him come up with the idea, what inspired him to be an entrepreneur and the not so easy road that led him here. At 21, he had a decision to make. Keep going with the flow and down a path that most go and not making the best choices, to working for himself and doing what he loves. He threw "normal" out the door and knew this was his chance to prove to himself that he could do this. He and his friends made it on Shark Tank and were picked up by Mark Cuban, yes Shark Tank. But that's not what I wanted to talk about and neither did he. -To wrap up this season of Outdream Your Devils, I couldn't think of a better way than hearing from a 25 year old, destined for an engineering career, about growing  himself and his team everyday, to success. The entrepreneur life isn't easy but when you do what you love, it doesn't feel like work. Logan, you inspired me, and I know you have inspired everyone around you.     Why Did I Start My Podcast?

    Today I recorded this LIVE on Instagram @outdreamyourdevils!!! What a fun new thing! I also gave some fun facts about myself and tomorrow I turn 33. I talk about how I have emotionally struggled this week and do every birthday week. But I had my therapy session today and I cried and then let all of those feelings go.  Why did I start podcasting?  To help people like me who have been through so much hardship and deal with loss, grief, abandonment and rejection. Those feelings all hold us back in life and in business.  If I can help one person on their journey to know they are not alone, this is worth it!

Do we actually know who we are or have we been in autopilot making decisions based on past toxic relationships or what we see and take in on social media? Is that helping us? Being self aware AND stopping the track in our minds that force us to make decisions based on what everyone else thinks is a process. Be aware, stop yourself and be YOU. Continue the process of not caring what they think and be empowered that you are good enough for the world as quirky and different as you may be, the world needs more of that.     The Why Question: Your Team Needs This from You

    Today we dive into a topic that is much needed in the coaching and self development space. It helps us become more self aware and helps us move our teams forward when they are stuck. Maybe their lack of productivity or tasks isn't because they are lazy. Most of this time it is not.  In business and especially network marketing we have to understand, no one thinks like WE do. So we have to dig deeper and do some uncovering of life stuff to get to the root of the insecurities keeping us and them from doing the work and doing it well. "The Power of Positive Leadership"- Jon Gordon "How to Win Friends and Influence People"- Dale Carnegie These books I reference are must reads for learning to understand people and how to effectively communicate and move them forward to a better business outcome and life.  Ask the WHY. And THEN take the ACTION immediately. Waiting to get past the mental roadblock will not happen until you take the action, scared, and just do it. And please, be so proud of yourself, because it's one step towards a better life and mental health.

    Perfectionism: the Devil that Kills Dreams

    Today we are honored to have Nicole Irwin as our guest! She is on my team, a friend, a mom, wife and ER nurse in NY. She did a training with me a few weeks ago on this topic, about how it can harm our business and hold us back. It was amazing and so many light bulb moments for all of us and today we dug deeper on a personal level. Where does the perfectionism start? How is a benefit to our life, career, business etc..
