Andrew Elliman started his career in global mobility in 1986, long before relocation programs became as advanced as they are today. Nearly forty years later, he has helped shape the development of an industry that moves people, families, businesses, and futures across borders.   Throughout his career, he has collaborated with HR teams and mobility leaders worldwide to develop strategic relocation programs that are not only efficient but truly people-centered. He believes mobility is more than just logistics; it's about guiding individuals through life-changing transitions with clarity, confidence, and care.   But his passion for movement goes far beyond the workplace.   Andrew is an explorer at heart. He has climbed some of the world's tallest mountains and crossed open seas, driven by curiosity and a desire to experience the world without boundaries. That spirit inspired him to create Stranger Expeditions, Stranger Business, and the Global Mobility Explorers Club, a community where mobility professionals and adventurers connect, share, and grow.   Today, he blends his professional expertise with his passion for discovery as an inspirational speaker, helping individuals and organizations embrace change, push boundaries, and unlock their own extraordinary journeys.   Whether guiding companies through complex mobility strategies or inspiring individuals to conquer their personal mountains, my mission remains the same: to help others move forward boldly, globally, and with purpose.

Introducing Esther Perel: The REAL Reason You’re Struggling to Find Love (Fix THIS to Build Chemistry in Real Life) from On Purpose with Jay Shetty. Follow the show: On Purpose with Jay Shetty Today,  Jay Shetty welcomes back Esther Perel to unpack a growing tension in modern relationships: in a world more connected than ever, why so many people feel deeply disconnected. Esther reframes dating struggles as something deeper than love itself, pointing to a broader loss of real-life social practice. Without the everyday interactions that once taught us how to approach, connect, and handle rejection, dating now feels like a high-stakes performance instead of a natural progression. What was once built through play, curiosity, and gradual connection has been compressed into a single moment of pressure, turning love into something overwhelming rather than something we can explore. Jay and Esther explore the illusion of connection in the digital age, where texting replaces talking and screens replace presence. Esther explains how this disembodied way of relating strips away the elements that create real intimacy, like eye contact, tone of voice, touch, and shared energy. While it can feel like we are communicating more, we are often losing depth, nuance, and emotional resonance. This shift has shaped a culture that avoids friction and discomfort, yet still feels more anxious, lonely, and exhausted. In trying to make relationships easier and more efficient, we may be losing the very experiences that give them meaning. In this episode you'll learn: How to Build Real Connection Offline How to Turn Dating Into Discovery, Not Pressure How to Be More Curious Instead of Judgmental How to Create Attraction Through Presence Not Perfection How to Ask for What You Truly Need How to Build Trust in Small, Consistent Moments How to Balance Independence and Interdependence How to Stay Open to Love Without a Checklist If there’s one thing to hold onto, it’s this: nothing about love is broken, you’re just being asked to approach it differently. The world may have made connection feel more complicated, but at its core, it still comes back to showing up, being present, and allowing yourself to be seen without needing to get everything right. Michelle Choairy Episode 3 – My Complex Kid

Michelle Choairy is the mother to her "complex kid." Since his birth, she navigated her way around developmental delays such as autism, ADHD, and special education services, along with other life happenings. Michelle devoted nearly 10 years to searching for a way to help her son through his developmental issues. He is now diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called TBR1, which only 170 kids worldwide are known to have. TBR1, or T-box brain transcription factor 1, is a crucial protein in brain development, particularly in the cortex and olfactory bulb. It acts as a transcription factor, meaning it regulates the expression of other genes by binding to DNA. TBR1 plays a vital role in neuronal migration, axonal projection, and the establishment of laminar and areal identity within the brain. Mutations in the TBR1 gene have been linked to neuro-developmental disorders like autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual disability. Michelle shares her journey through this process and how she can help other moms on a learning journey to gain clarity, advance their children, and save time by reducing the need to visit doctors and therapists. Michelle is her son's best advocate. She describes the acronym THRIVE and its application to raising a "complex" child. She has learned through the years what is required to get the best care for her son. She founded Collective Wisdom for Complex Kids, a support group for mothers with children with disabilities. She is passionate about working with families to help them reevaluate and prioritize their dynamics, guiding them from confusion to clarity as they raise complex children. Barb Nangle – Masking my past

Barb Nangle is a boundaries coach, speaker, author, and podcaster. After nearly 40 years of therapy and personal development, Barb found her way to 12-step recovery at age 52. What began as a journey to address codependence soon expanded to include recovery from intergenerational dysfunction, childhood trauma, and compulsive overeating—issues she hadn't initially recognized in herself, and decades of personal development had merely scratched the surface. Recovery melted the iceberg of her life.    Because codependency was her core wound, learning to set healthy boundaries transformed her at every level—her relationship with herself, with others, and with the world around her. The ripple effect of these changes even reached her professional life, profoundly affecting her team at Yale University, where she worked at the time.    Before recovery, she was acutely aware of her history of unhealthy, unsatisfying romantic relationships. She also struggled with years of substance use and overeating, carrying over 100 pounds more than she does now. Despite these struggles, she maintained an outward appearance of having it all together. She once believed she was a positive, optimistic person. Recovery revealed the truth: she was trapped in negativity and fear. She ruminated about the past, catastrophized about the future, complained frequently, engaged in "if only" thinking, and blamed others for her difficulties. She was terrified of judgment, rejection, abandonment, and being seen as a bad person.    She didn't realize how deeply these patterns affected her until they began to change. Combining her life experience and education has shaped her purpose: to help professional women stop saying yes when they mean no and to end the cycle of self-neglect by reclaiming their focus and power. She achieves this through her boundary-setting coaching, professional speaking engagements, and her podcast, "Fragmented to Whole: Life Lessons from 12 Step Recovery."    You can learn more about Barb Nangle at https://higherpowercc.com/meet-barb/ and https://www.linkedin.com/in/barbnangle/.

Dr. Jeffrey Reynolds – Physical Fitness and Personal Health

Dr. Jeffrey Reynolds completed one of the world's most grueling athletic challenges—Ironman Florida—feeling invincible. Six months later, he received a cancer diagnosis via text while stopped at a traffic light. Then, just as he beat that cancer, he was diagnosed with a second, more aggressive one. The same mental training that got him through 140.6-mile races became his survival toolkit for beating cancer twice. Authentic vulnerability is the "unsexy" side of both endurance sports and cancer—the moments when you're broken down and have to rebuild yourself. Dr. Reynolds defines resilience strategies as specific athletic mental-training techniques that anyone can use when unexpected challenges arise. Breaking masculine stereotypes: How learning to be vulnerable actually made me stronger, not weaker. Purpose from pain: Cancer forced him to write the book he had been internalizing for years, turning his trauma into a message of hope for others. He is not just another "cancer survivor"—he is someone who discovered that the same grit that pushes you through mile 20 of a marathon carries you through chemotherapy. The finish line isn't about beating the disease; it's about becoming the person you were meant to be. His book "Every Mile Matters," published in August 20258, is an Amazon bestseller, but more importantly, he is passionate about helping people understand that our darkest moments often contain our greatest opportunities for growth. Dr. Reynolds discusses how we can all learn to rally when life throws us into the race we never signed up for. Dr. Jeffrey Reynolds, a two-time cancer survivor, Ironman triathlete, and author of "Every Mile Matters," also operates a nonprofit organization that serves 35,000+ people annually. He knows firsthand how individual transformation creates ripple effects in entire communities.
