    In this episode, Leva steps into the world of Jéro. He grew up on a large Argentinian monoculture farm (>700HA) and has a dream to, one day, take over his family farm. Now with regenerative practices.

    As we delve into the conversation, we learn about the different levers of change: perennial crops* in the field and venture studios in the market. We see how the drive to change the world can start with our children and are introduced to Overstory Ventures.

    *Perennial crops - unlike annual crops - are crops that do not need to be replanted every year.

    Overstory Ventures is a venture studio that aligns the talent, funding, structure, and resources to take new crops to market that can advance regenerative agriculture.
