Hello everyone! I am a over thinker to the core, I wanted to have a safe space where I could freely speak on what is on my heart. I love to talk, ramble, learn new things, and push outside my boundaries a little. I want this podcast to be a place where you feel like you can learn something new every week or even share a new topic of conversation. I can't wait to see the growth that comes with this podcast and what experiences it will allow me to understand and experience myself.

    Toxic Relationships; Part 1

    Hi you guysss!!! Here is the episode you have been waiting for... This is only part one! I hope you all can understand why I decided to split this episode into two different parts. This episode was recorded a few months back, and it was hard to record and be okay with editing and leaving it "Raw." I hope this first episode is a little bit educational about toxic relationships and you all can kind of understand how these situations relate to your own personal situations.  I know these kind of discussions can be triggering and hard to hear, I hope you all listening take what I say with a grain of salt and as an educational purpose.  My intention is never to harm or hurt anyone, just to be able to speak my truth freely as well as let people who have similar experiences know that they are not alone. These toxic relationships can be hard to deal with and get past. Learning to heal, and understanding what you've been through can be beyond hard. To anyone who has or is struggling with these situations it gets better and things will be okay.
