Podcast on mental health
One of my favorite podcasts was the one on treating mental health like money in the bank. As I sorted through a lot of information on self care lately it's become evident that I have to look at some things a bit differently; Like avoiding conflicts If for no other reason than to save my sanity! Being kind to others often comes easy, but being kind to yourself is often much harder! Your Columbo analogy was perfect. It's better be to stick to the facts because the conversation can go astray quickly! So, I will now mind my mental health as I do my bank account. Thanks Andy!!
Alone but Not Lonely
God bless Andy for the work she does with helping those in crises or otherwise, to understand a larger picture. I feel consoled after hearing some of her podcasts, and some of what she shares may feel uncomfortable to hear. She extends Christ’s hand to listeners by inviting Christ into our feelings and not shoving them aside. She strives to help us become the best version of ourselves and to share what she’s learned. She cares.
