    Hello, So we have made some changes to our podcast, we will no longer go by the name Kaii's Corner. We are officially changing the name to POSH, a cute & quirky name that represents what I am going for with this podcast. POSH is all about Pursuing Our Self Healing, and ways we can become a better version of ourselves. I will try my best to be as inclusive as possible with my episodes, I will also becoming up with an email so that the listeners can send in stories, or just send something on how they are feeling.  I hope that this journey will takes us far, without you (listener) nothing will be possible. So thank you for listening and being apart of this journey! Look forward for some episodes being deleted that represented Kaii's Corner, I will be almost starting fresh with this name change.
