What we do is an expression of who we are. That’s why change is not easy. It requires some rewiring of our beliefs and world views. And the same goes for organizations: the way they operate is an expression of their culture. Mindset change brings culture change brings organizational change.
In this new episode of our new podcast Everything you always wanted to know about coaching (but were afraid to ask), our coaches share with you how they use coaching in their work with organizations and why it’s a key ingredient in their success as change agents.
They discuss various forms of interventions: team coaching, executive coaching, systemic coaching and how they complement each other.

    Digital transformation the public sector

    Digital transformation the public sector

Digital Transformation is often a challenge in any organisation, large or small.  Everyone agrees that it must be done, but often, no one wants to take the bull by the horns and own that responsibility.  On the contrary, this episode’s guest did take the lead and was successful in making that change within the very restrictive sector of public health in Hong Kong.

Raphael Hui, former Head of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority Institute of Health IT and current Fellow at the Australasian Institute of Digital Health, joins us to discuss his path to public sector success, and his book on the subject “When Digital Done Right: Leading Digital Transformation in the Public Sector”.
