Funny and Insightful

I've been listening since the very beginning of the pod, and I love the journey these anxious friends have been on together! Their podcast has grown from simply and outlet for expressing and relating to anxious moments... It's now THAT and more. Dr Deb has added a layer of meaningful and helpful advice for the anxious listeners to apply to their own lives. This podast continues to get better with age and provide comic relief and useful resources for listeners.
