Me and your sister ,

Anxiety alert!

Without these two comics willingly talking about their most anxious moments, I doubt I would’ve ever realized I suffer from the same affliction. It’s like every topic they cover, I’ve encountered at some point in my life.
But that’s why I like it on a personal level, they’ve helped me understand these emotions happen to everyone. And you don’t have to be alone and suffer quietly. You can get help and feel better.

It definitely helps that these guys genuinely are best friends and love each other. Aside from that, they will help calm your nerves and ease your fears. Granted they can’t cure your anxiety, but they do make it more manageable.

The only bad part of the podcast is knowing, you probably won’t get to be their new best friend.
