    Remember the beginning of COVID where you were furiously scrubbing away at your groceries and Lysol was more expensive than gold? We do.  In what is very much a time capsule episode (this was recorded at the beginning of the first worldwide lockdown in April 2020), Dave, Phivos and Benet are joined by friend of the show, actor, singer, and dragon-slayer Luke Evans. They chat about coping tools, meditation, success, pressure and (inevitably) how unprepared everyone felt for a lockdown.     Panic-ception

    A panic attack is like a giant wave coming at you. You can’t stop the wave, you can’t punch it, you can’t kick it, but you know it will pass. Knowing that it is going to come and go is the key to riding it out. Dave, Phivos, and Ben return, this time discussing something they are both very familiar with, ‘Panic Attacks’.
