From anti-CD20 antibodies to chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells, varying depths of B-cell depletion have demonstrated a range of efficacies and durations of response. In addition, these treatments vary in administration, preparation, ease of use, and potential adverse effects. The faculty will provide an engaging discussion on the categories of emerging B-cell therapies and their potential use in SLE.
