Great platform for dialogues and conversations that matter most with raising and mentoring Gen Zers.

As a parent of 20 somethings and a teacher of teens, I see this as helpful to understanding the differences of these 2 groups of young people. Understanding the impact of technology alone is a major factor. I appreciate Pastor Ryan’s inclusion of Biblical principles without excluding those not in the Faith community.

A great podcast for anyone who loves and lives with Gen Z but might struggle to fully understand them! Youth leaders, teachers, coaches, ministry coordinators, college staff...and yes, parents...can really benefit from the takeaways in this podcast!

This podcast has been extremely helpful and eye-opening to me as a 23 year old. I’m at the age where some studies say I’m a millennial and others say I’m part of Gen Z. I’d say I’m nothing like either ;). But the podcast has helped me understand Gen Z better because they’re a huge part of my future. As a young adult in the marketing and technology world it’s helpful for me to understand more about Gen Z. We strive to gain wisdom from generations older than us, but I think there’s as much to learn from generations younger too. I also love how Pastor Ryan does a lot of research. It gives me confidence in what he is saying. He is trustworthy and thorough. He definitely doesn’t just speak randomly. He’s thoughtful. Pastor Ryan presents information in an easy to understand manor, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this for parents of Gen Z and anyone who comes into contact with Gen Z, which is probably everyone!
