Since parents are pressed on time, I’ll start with saying - Susan’s advice works and it works right away. She has a talent to explain with compassion, sometimes complex, concepts, like IFS. But she also boils all the knowledge down to one simple analogy (captain of the ship) that served me well as a guiding principle through thick and thin of parenting. She also answers questions to the point. I highly recommend the podcast.
