Drive Heart Training Association - Secure Your Success

Send us Fan Mail Trying to level up your driving instructor training without burning out or wasting in-car time? We break down what a Drive Hart IMPACT-ADI  training association actually gives you in the real world: wraparound support that helps you walk into each session prepared, not guessing.  We talk through the learning tools we provide, from online training and recordings to revision notes and videos, so your progress keeps moving even when life gets busy. We also dig into mentorship, because the biggest problems often pop up between lessons. With an audit trainer and mentor available online through Teams, you can raise issues in real time and get the right advice at the right time. We explain how flexible 24/7 learning via webinars, podcasts, YouTube, and Google Classrooms fits around work and lifestyle, and why that matters for consistent development and confidence. Then we cover the practical side: cost benefits, a modest monthly professional subscription, and how tax deductibility and targeted training can make professional development feel doable.  You’ll hear how assessment and monitoring create a clear action plan, how records and certification help you show evidence for DVSA exams and submissions, and why reflective logs and regular reviews make improvement visible.  We also touch on priority booking for in-car training at reduced rates, plus the team ethos of networking and camaraderie that keeps you supported. If this resonates, subscribe, share with a fellow instructor, and leave a review so more people can find the support they need.In summary, the benefits of Drive Hart Association are:  • wraparound support that primes you for in-car sessions  • online training resources including recordings, revision notes, and videos  • audit trainer and mentor support via Teams for real-time issues  • flexible 24/7 learning through webinars, podcasts, YouTube, and Google Classrooms  • cost benefits, including a modest  monthly subscription - tax deductable as a professional expense (subject to confirmation by your accountant) • DVSA-recommended professional development built into the plan  • assessment and monitoring with a clear action plan and regular reviews  • records, certification, reflective logs, and evidence for DVSA exams and submissions  • priority booking for in-car training at reduced rates  • team ethos built on networking, camaraderie, joint support, and social events  Please feel free to reach out to us.  Support the show Dear Listener, Thanks for tuning in to the Drive Hart free podcasts –  To see our full range of resources and support groups,   check out the links below:  All links: https://linktr.ee/drivehart (podcasts and support groups for parents, students and Instructors) Parents’ group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/524645638669371 Instructors’ group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/931188437661404 Updates & news: https://www.facebook.com/DriveHart If you have a question or need training support Whats app  Sarah Hart on 07919 488360 or email admin@drivehart.com Sarah Jane Hart & Jac Clayton Directors, Drive Hart Ltd
