Visiting Walt Disney World as a DVC Member EP.120

What’s it like to visit Walt Disney World as a Disney Vacation Club Member? This week, Danny and Steph relive a recent trip where they experienced a Disney vacation through the eyes of  DVC members. As non-DVC members, this was a truly educational experience, and there’s a lot to unpack in this trip report show. Thank you to Disney for hosting us on a 3-night Disney Vacation Club Membership Magic stay. CJ brings another On Location Mini Segment, reliving his recent WDW Magazine assignment at Level 99. The newest addition to Disney Springs was such a “wow” to him, and he explains why he wants to see this new experience thrive in the Disney bubble. Food, beverage, and entertainment — it really has it all to CJ.  Mail Call defends Danny and soothes his worry over paving the Mickey beignets, a move he was sure would be contentious. Instead, Jess comes to his defense and pits the gentlemen and Steph with a fairly difficult choice to make regarding some Disney entertainment no longer in the parks.  Thank you for joining Parks & Pages every Tuesday, and be sure to subscribe so you never miss an episode. Ballin' On A Budget: Disney's Animal Kingdom EP.119

Join in for ALL the “DAK SNAKS” as Tim, CJ, and friend of the podcast, Carly Caramanna, Ball on a Budget in Disney’s Animal Kingdom to test just how far $100 dollars can get you! The trio enjoys breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even cocktails and sit-down meals, proving you can budget your days without compromising great meals and snacks. Want the newest and most viral treat in the park or to enjoy a cold beer on a walk through one of the trails? This episode has you covered (though listening with snacks in reach is recommended). Don't miss this episode if you're a Disney foodie! Tatjana brings a new take on This or That with a question that forces you to consider what kind of Walt Disney World Resort guest you are and what things are a priority. There's no backing out of this incredibly tough choice, so let us know what YOU choose over on our Instagram post! The show kicks off with some listener involvement as Jenn Q drops a call from Cali! She brings a very fun and somewhat “controversial” question by asking our hosts what they deem their most “overrated attraction.” CJ may have ruffled some host and listener feathers with his answer, but it's not far off from the attraction that started the entire conversation. This will definitely need an episode of its own one day, but for now, don't miss out on Mail Call!! Big thank you to @adventuresbycarly for joining the podcast again and bringing her savvy spending skills to another episode. For more on Carly’s cookbook, click here. Desert Island Disney: 90's Movie Edition EP.118

Hey, ’90s kids, we are SO back! Join CJ, Danny, and their special guest host, Adam Bankhurst, as they discuss their desert island Disney movies of the 1990s (list). Each host gets three movies to stow away in his survival bag for their desert island adventure. Which movies do they each pick? Are there any crossovers? Any unpopular picks? There's a lot of laughs as the guys discuss and defend their choices. Even some sequels make the cut over their originals, and some choices may be a little too on the nose for the living arrangement. Don’t miss out on the chuckles and drop a listen now! The episode starts with a listener’s own This or That scenario, pitting Magic Kingdom’s premier ticketed parties (Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party vs. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party) against each other. Which way will CJ and Danny vote? Mail call continues with an email that reminds us just how powerful this little Parks & Pages community already is!  Steph returns for a mid-break segment, this time highlighting the iconic Disney VHS tapes of the ’90s. Did you have a Black Diamond collection tape? Are you digging deep for Disney nostalgia? This is definitely the segment (and show topic) for you!
