Hopefully by the time you get this it’s not like so “last week news” as I’m writing this I’m listening to the pod of training camp you dropped end of the month but I’m not sure how many of the listeners actually watched Kai Cenats stream (yourself included…I’d be shocked lol), but I was victim as my favorite Bron, is like off script Bron (think the Shop on HBO) when he’s like cursing, being himself and not being a media puppet or appeasing to sponsors. Obviously they’re clips all over Twitter but I just wanted to point out two things So background for those who don’t know Kai Cenat did his 30 days of streaming thing and as a reward for breaking the record for 1 million subscribers on twitch he said he would cut his dreads and Bron got the honor of cutting them so he came to the show with his daughter and her friends with gifts and a $200,000 watch for him (must be nice). 1. He was asked about the season, he said he was very excited and ready to go (this is after the news of his camp saying to take it easy with him and the nerve glute issue was reported) 2. This one you probably saw as he went 2/13 on Kai Cenats rim on jump shots, and blamed it on the rim being crooked , but something funny where he was asked to Dunk , and LeBron looks at him like “are you crazy are you trying to get me in trouble my coach would kill me” Lastly I know you mentioned being concerned about Smart , but during JJ reddicks interview didn’t he say he expects Smart to play on Friday (by the time you get this, maybe this will already have been answered) I too was annoyed that was like the one caveat , he’s had all this strange injuries but none of them have been serious leg injuries and now he lands with us and he’s got like Achilles issues …

The question I have: what do you think about JJ mentioning Mark Walter first when asked about his extension? I figured you would have latched on to this, but he thanked “Mark, Jeannie, and Rob”. In that order. Does that mean anything to you? Also, next time you see our old friend Mr Larseul, and he challenges Magic Johnson’s greatness by asking if he could use his left hand (as he so often did on this show) can you please respond: Did he need to? 5 titles, 9 trips to the finals. Buss Bros announcement would seem to put them in a position to be part of an investment group for future ownership, whether its LeBron or some other established franchise, you can go into any rumblings or back alley whispers, good topic for slow day! Also, I fell in love with your show when you brought in larger topics thru the sports lense. It is tough to talk about these things w/o strong feelings on either side. And thru sports ppl seem to be more willing to listen and comprehend instead of lining up the next narrative talking point they spew like diarrhea.
