Reasons why Amy’s work is so important is that long term stress, whether emotional, psychological or mechanical/physical, can create a sympathetic-dominant pattern of the nervous system that ultimately leads to pain, injury, movement issues, illness (both mental and physical), and structural changes in the body.     Coming Out Intuitive®: A Journey of Self Acceptance

    In-body-ment, Displacement & Detachment

    Today, we talk about the importance of embodiment, energetic displacement, and why ‘detachment is connection’ to not only your intuition but also yourself. We also talk about why it feels good to go inside to see outside.  In this episode we discuss: -Importance of being present in one's body -Displacement and use of your energy can chase shadows out of one's energy fields -Why detaching from what no longer serves you leads to a greater sense of self -Going inside to see outside refers to improving intuition through embodiment -Why Social media affects us so and how it is based on judgment -Being outside of one's body allows other things to take over and causes feelings of disjointedness. And to sum it up why understanding ”if you're not in your body something else will be” is a pathway to self healing.
