The general Welfare Clause: An Introduction

Supporters of the monster state want you to believe that the general Welfare clause in the Constitution gives the federal government the power to do pretty much anything and everything. And since the federal courts have adopted the Hamiltonian view over the Madisonian one, that’s pretty much how it has played out in practice.

Without Knowledge the People Perish

I heard Michael on the Tom Woods Show a few months ago. Wanting to learn more about the 10th Amendment and nullification, I began listening to him. I listen to a number of podcasts, and Path to Liberty has because an absolute listen every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I consider myself to be a pretty astute student of history, but Micheal has become the Government teacher we all needed in high school and college. As a result of listening to Path to Liberty I have developed a new respect for the knowledge, wisdom, and insight of the founders of our country. Although I’ve been active socially and politically, I now have a tremendous foundation of knowledge and understanding to make my efforts more powerful. Most podcasts are people just babbling away, commenting on various topics. Michael’s podcasts are a very deep dive into learning. I come away from each episode so inspired and ready to take back the Liberty so careless given away by past generations. Finally, I absolutely love Michael’s energy and passion. You can tell he really loves what he’s doing as well as the foundation upon which our country was founded. Thank you so much Michael!!
