    Have you ever heard the sayings, "Patience is a virtue" or "Good things come to those who wait"?  While those sayings have merit, patience is also key in the world of health and fitness.  Unfortunately, there's really nothing out there that helps us overnight, but having patience and "exercising" patience plays in a major role in consistency, expectations, and delivering better outcomes.  Let's dive in to today's episode to find out why! Catching Up with Your Hosts - 0:45 --> Take a breath and catch up with Jordan and Emily and find out what's going on in their lives. Introduction to Today's Episode - 2:15 --> Find out how patience, process, and progress plays a role into how we learn how to do new things (especially as an adult), including creating sustainable change in our body through practice and a shift in our mindset.
