Elder Patrick Kearon was called to the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on December 7, 2023. At the time of his call, he was serving as Senior President of the Seventy. He served as a member of the Presidency of the Seventy beginning in 2017, following five years in Germany, where he served in the Europe Area Presidency and as Area President. During his time as Senior President, he had supervisory responsibility for the Middle East/Africa North Area and the Utah Area.
