Hi there. I’ve been listening for the past couple weeks as I started a much needed sabbatical a month ago. Every single theme has hit deep and helped me to discover deeper truths about myself and this big journey so many of us are on to care for hurting people but especially not forgetting ourselves. I am proud of myself for the ways I’ve allows play throughout my life and how I’ve learned to lean into different forms of rest over the last couple of years.
