    PCCS Team of the Year

    Dr Xenophon Kassianides is joined by Dr Paul Riley from Wide Way Medical Centre, whose Value-based Integrated Proactive approach to cardiovascular care won the PCCS Best QIP award, while the multidisciplinary planned care team behind it received Best Team.
