    Michael J. Wood is an open-space coach and facilitator based in Melbourne, Australia. He’s been providing leadership coaching to leaders in the university, government, business, church, and community sectors for the last 15 years. He has a special interest in supporting people to make positive changes in the world whether or not they’re in formal management or leadership roles. Michael also specializes in dialogue facilitation exercises such as talking circles, restorative justice conferencing, and contemplative retreats.     Elfidar Iltebir and Bill Clark - Boarding Schools, Concentration Camps & the Uyghur Genocide

She also is the pastor of Wild Church in Fresno, CA, where she currently lives in the traditional homelands of various Yokuts and Mono nations on whose lands her Russian Mennonite ancestors settled. Pastor Kusmider was called by his local community & government leaders at the beginning of the Ukraine crisis to help with the refugees that were coming from Ukraine into Poland, and he ended up converting his entire church into a refugee care center.
