Practical and empowering

This show is a practical guide of how to grow in confidence if yours is lacking and a reminder of how to get it back when it’s shaken. Jason’s approach is warm and transparent, making episodes feel like a private coaching session rather than a podcast. And thankfully, when he has featured guests, he asks questions that allow them freedom to be honest and share themselves, but doesn’t allow the conversation to totally derail from the topic. My favorite episodes have been the ones that focus on moving forward despite grief and trauma as those are my personal issues right now, and I deeply appreciate the honesty that Jason shows as a man about the strategies he’s used to move forward himself. There are plenty of women-hosted podcasts like this, but Peace and Prosperity is one hosted by a cis-het Black man who I truly believe is practicing the lessons he shares.
