    Joey Merlino (Skinny Joey) is one of the most talked-about names in the Philadelphia underworld, named by federal prosecutors as the leader of the city's crime family. He spent around 14 years behind bars and became the subject of a Netflix documentary. Today, he's a successful businessman, running the growing Skinny Joey's Cheesesteaks franchise.
