    Psychological Safety + Deaths on our site

    Send us a text Today we discuss psychological safety and the impact that is has on a construction death and the fact that in ten years the amount of construction deaths have not changed.  People in the construction world are not seen, heard or understood and because of that they fail to bring up the things that keep them safe. When workers don't feel safe to report a safety problem, that they did or didn't cause you are creating an environment where safety issues can escalate very quickly. When you give a shit about the people doing the work, they will perform better and do things properly; so that we can all go home safe.
