    63. Celebrate the Small Things

If you’ve ever caught yourself saying “I only walked for 10 minutes today” or “That’s not really a big deal,” this episode is your reminder that small wins deserve a standing ovation - on freakin' repeat. In this feel-good convo, we’re talking all about the magic that happens when we actually pause to notice the small things that are going well in our lives. These little wins add up, build confidence, and remind us that progress isn’t always flashy. Sometimes it’s quiet, gentle, and worth celebrating just the same. And if you don't believe us, we dig into a bit of the science and research to help you out. We're getting real about how easy it is to overlook these moments, why it's often rooted in comparison or perfectionism, and how to start making mini-celebrations a regular habit (yes, confetti is encouraged). What We Chat About in This Episode: -Why we tend to downplay the little things (and how to stop) -How comparison and perfectionism can steal our joy -What it means to “stack the evidence” that you’re doing great -Practical ways to start celebrating yourself right now So grab your favourite beverage (y'all know what we’ll be sipping), hit play on Episode 63 and let this be your reminder that the small stuff? It freakin' matters. Progress is already happening and we’re cheering you on every step of the way. #peptalksandprosecco #flightcrew #wingwomen #podcast #lifecoaches #youcansipwithus #makeverydaysparkle #liveyourbestlife #smallwinsbigimpact #celebrateyourself #progressnotperfection Follow us on Instagram at: @wotherwill_group Access our free email course, Sustainable Habits.

    61. Let's Talk About Shame

Ever felt that creeping sense of not enough-ness? That inner voice whispering that you should have known better, done better, been better? Yeah, we’ve been there too. In this episode, we’re diving deep into shame—how it sneaks into our thoughts, how it holds us back, and most importantly, how we can break free from it. Shame loves to thrive in silence, which is exactly why we’re bringing it out into the open. We’re unpacking the connection between perfectionism and shame, the extra layers women face in midlife, and why self-compassion is the game-changer we all need. If you’ve ever thought, I’m the only one who feels this way?—spoiler alert: you’re NOT. And we’re here to remind you that you’re never alone in this. What We Chat About in This Episode: ✨ How shame shows up in our daily lives (and why it’s so sneaky)  ✨ The connection between perfectionism, self-doubt, and shame  ✨ Why midlife transitions can make shame feel even louder  ✨ The power of self-compassion, connection, and calling it out  ✨ How talking about it takes away its power So, grab your favorite beverage (we’ll take a glass of Prosecco, please 🥂), hit play on Episode 61, and let’s start rewriting the shame stories we never needed to carry. Find Pep Talks & Prosecco 🥂 on your favorite podcast platform and join the conversation! Cheers to self-compassion, growth, and knowing we are never alone.  Lisa & Angie 🥂 Follow us on Instagram at: @wotherwill_group Access our free email course, Sustainable Habits.

    60. Following Rules That Don’t Exist

Ever catch yourself thinking, I should be doing it this way—but you’re not even sure why? Yeah, us too! In this episode, we’re getting real about the “should factor” and those sneaky, invisible rules we create for ourselves (or pick up from others) when we’re building habits, chasing goals, or creating something new—like this very podcast! We share our own experiences following “rules” that didn’t actually align with our vision and how we had to check ourselves and get back to our why. Whether you’ve felt the pressure to stick to what’s always been done, or you’ve been caught in the comparison game, this is your gentle nudge to pause and ask: Is this rule even real—or did I just make it up? What We Chat About in This Episode: ✨ Spotting those made-up rules—whether we’ve created them ourselves or borrowed them from others ✨ Why following someone else’s path doesn’t always get you where you want to go ✨ The importance of pausing and realigning with your why—in habits, work, and life ✨ How your front row (those wing women!) can help you notice when you’re getting stuck in the “shoulds” and need to shift So, grab your favorite beverage (you know what we’ll be sipping 🥂), hit play on Episode 60, and let this be your reminder: progress > perfection. Every big adventure starts with a single step—or in our case, one slightly awkward but oh-so-authentic episode. 💖 Find Pep Talks & Prosecco 🥂 on your favorite podcast platform and let’s get started together! Cheers to beginnings, growth, and just going for it! Lisa & Angie Cheers! 🥂 Follow us on Instagram at: @wotherwill_group Access our free email course, Sustainable Habits.

    58. The Stress Episode

Season 5 Finale is here (say what??) and we are ending this season with an entire episode dedicated to STRESS! We promised our listeners when we did our Summer Series that we would be back with an episode dedicated to peeling back the layers on all things stress.  From resentment to irritability and judgment to mental nonsense chatter - there are no untouched topics.  Heck we even discuss mouthguards!!   In this episode we keep it real and vulnerable with our personal sharing of how we have handled stress in the past, how we are working on building our stress busting tools today, and share strategies that CAN and WILL help you better understand and tackle your own stress. Throughout  this season we have conducted and facilitated a masterclass on myth busting when it comes to the notion that many women seem to have it all AND do it all (without even breaking a sweat or seeming stressed!!)   With mini pep talks delivered on repeat in each episode, together with our guests, we have done some serious ass whooping with tearing down the myths that women need to do it all – and all the freakin’ time. This season finale ties up our theme of “How Does She Do It All?” with a big, bright, shiny bow and we can’t wait for you to take a listen! So go and grab your favourite beverage (you all know what we love), claim your place of solitude, and prepare to connect and soar with the Wotherwill community in this season five finale of Pep Talks & Prosecco.
