    Brandi BG Studios - 12/30/25

In this episode, we sit down with Brandi, founder of BG Studios, to unpack her journey from the early days of building a business from the ground up to leading a brand rooted in intention, boundaries, and sustainable growth. Brandi shares how BG Studios began not as a perfectly polished plan, but as a response to opportunity, creativity, and a deep desire to build something meaningful. Like many entrepreneurs, the early chapters were filled with long hours, learning curves, and the pressure to say “yes” to everything. Over time, those experiences became the foundation for clarity — not just in business strategy, but in personal values. A major focus of this conversation is boundaries. Brandi opens up about the pivotal moments that forced her to redefine how she shows up for her clients, her team, and herself. Setting clear expectations, protecting her time, and building systems that support growth have allowed BG Studios to scale without sacrificing quality or personal well-being. We also dive into the recognition and awards that followed — milestones that validated the work, the culture, and the consistency behind the scenes. Rather than chasing accolades, Brandi reflects on how these moments affirmed that doing business the right way still wins. Looking ahead, Brandi shares her vision for 2026, including intentional scaling, refined services, and continued focus on leadership, culture, and impact.
