Back from a week in Wales, I am newly inspired to walk and talk.

I didn't run as far as I set out to and this is why

A more episodic episode today with me puffing post-run, making my smoothie and strolling past a busker in the High St.

Stuff about swimming in a polluted environment and acting responsibly towards your environment both the material one such as the river I'm walking by but also the information ecosystem that this podcast forms part of.  

Not as heavy as it sounds.  Or is it?
