HA Recovery
Love this podcast-it led me to Lindsey’s program and getting my cycle back to continue on my (now restored) fertility journey!
So helpful and relatable
Lindsey and every one of her guests has been so helpful in my journey with HA, fertility, and exercise addiction. I look forward to every episode airing and I always take something away from each one.
Invaluable resource for period recovery!
My best friend suggested this podcast (and Lindsey’s accompanying Instagram page) after my RE suggested I may be struggling with HA. The personal stories helped me feel less alone and encouraged me as I made some BIG lifestyle changes. For me, this podcast has been one of the most important elements of my period recovery and fertility journey. Thank you, Lindsey!
