    Self discipline

    Promising yourself that you are gonna make some serious changes in your life, regardless of your fears and of your beliefs: that decision is hard, this is powerful stuff right there. But you know deep down you that your owe it to yourself and to your purpose. Sometimes being self disciplined is tough. Feeling afraid, feeling stuck and losing track is okay.  What you need to know is that it is okay because it is a process, ups and downs is going part of the journey.
