The uncontrolled fear of weight gain.

In this episode, we are going to talk about an eating disorder called, Anorexia Nervosa. It is a psychological problem where the sufferer believe that eating a single meal could lead to her weight gain. Thus, the affected are underweight. Various physical problems can arise due to malnourishment, which can impede the quality of life.
