    This is Coach Phil Tran. I am a firm believer that a serious strength coach, and even a serious sport coach, in the schools and in the private sector must develop and nurture a network of allied professionals in athletic training, physical therapy, and sports medicine.

    This is important for the professional development of a coach and for the benefit of the athletes a coach serves. I am fortunate to have a solid referral network of medical professionals from whom I can learn and to whom I can refer athletes who need medical care.
